I waited t Just 2 days before my scheduled appointment (estimated duration-3 hours) with Lexus to change winter tires and oil change, my car stalled. I waited till the appointment date hoping to have everything done. On this very day, the weather was inclement and there were tons of customers. I was not able to get a courtesy car and as I live over 10 km from the dealership, I could not get the shuttle service. I expressed my concern that I had a pre-arranged appointment in the afternoon and asked Kevin Fam, the service rep to see if anything could be done to expedite. He explained that not having the car wash would save some time, and I went along. He said he would try his best, knowing that I would be idling at Lexus for the duration. To my surprise, the service was completed within 3 hours as planned (especially noticing the massive volume of service required). I was able to go for my appointment on time. I appreciate and am pleased with Kevin's understanding and customer service. His professionalism is commendable. Thank you. More

Nice to see a company that takes customer service as seriously as they do!! I have been a customer at LOTP for a number of years now and also recently purchased another vehicle from there. The purchase of my vehicle involved Benjamin (sales) and Abid Shivji (Service Manager). I received amazing service from both and they went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle. I have dealt with Abid Shivji on numerous occasions for the service of both my vehicles. Each time, Abid does not cease to impress me with his knowledge, professionalism and desire to satisfy his customers to the fullest. He goes above and beyond what I would expect from a dealership's service department. Every question I have had has always been answered patiently and thoroughly. More importantly, Abid is a very personable, honest and trustworthy individual...all qualities that every service advisor or manager should have. Abid and his service team promise to deliver the best in service and they are true to their word. I hope to continue purchasing and servicing my vehicles at LOTP for a long time to come! More

Nobody likes service departments? Had my IS350 Sport in for a second time, with a small squeak in the center console. The sound that is barely audible drove me a little squirrelly and proved difficult to find, to a point where I knew what Greg (Service adviser extraordinaire) and Warren (top tech) were thinking...this guy has serious issues and is ready for a nice new "home", They were patient, found the problem (needle in a haystack), fixed it and DID NOT have me "committed". As always, the service experience were impeccable, from reception (Rosina and Chelsea), to the porters and entire staff....Jeremy, Andrew, Abid, Marlon to name a few. And the young lady that runs the Discount Rental desk in the service department, Roberta, reflects the same commitment to customer service and the culture within the dealership. Well done as always! I actually kind of miss the squeak now and will be returning to see it they can reverse engineer the sound back in :) Thanks, Colin More

Before I start let’s have a common ground : we all agree that purchasing a car is one of the most important investments that it has a big impact on our life quality. You will share your happiness with your family and friends and they will admire your right selection. So it is very important that we look into this purchase more strategically. At the date I purchased my RX400 Lexus car (almost 4 years ago), Benjamin made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he guided us faithfully about best available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Ben is a very informative and trusted person and he answered my questions patiently. Benjamin is a differentiator in the Lexus on the Park. So far, I have recommended Ben to 3 of my friends and interestingly enough, all of them confirmed that they had a different positive experience with Benjamin, regardless. However, the journey does not stop here. Benjamin is not that kind of individuals that you cannot find him after closing the deal. Most of the time, when I am in the Lexus services for regular check-ups, Ben somehow finds me and warmly asks me about my experience with the car. Ben stands on his words after sale and keeps supporting his clients years after years. If one day I decide to replace my car again, I will “just” work with Ben. Saved Thousands of Dollars I highly recommend Lexus on the Park and Greg Mumford for taking ownership of a very expensive repair job. I have a 2006 US, GS 300 that I bought abo I highly recommend Lexus on the Park and Greg Mumford for taking ownership of a very expensive repair job. I have a 2006 US, GS 300 that I bought about a year ago. My power steering went out and I took it to the mechanic I always take my car to. One of the sensors was dead and I was looking at ~$1,800 repair through him. I called Lexus Canada to see what options I had - after about an hour, they gave me some recall/campaign codes to pass on to a dealership to see if they could help me. I reached out to Don Valley Lexus and was told by a service manager there that "these types of codes (he didn't even take down the codes I had) have a 4 or 5 year time limit and even if I called within that time frame, it wouldn't be free. A new steering rack with labour is at least $4,000." He had a condescending tone and I had all but given up. Later that day, Abid Shivji returned my email and handed Greg Mumford my case. Most of the matter was handled via email with very little to do on my part. After 3 or 4 emails, Greg managed to get my steering rack replaced under warranty at NO COST to me. In addition to that, Greg took care of the remaining outstanding recall work. I don't understand how Greg managed this, I don't understand why other dealerships weren't willing to give me the time of day, and I don't understand why Lexus Canada was so limited in their ability to help me; what I do know is Lexus on the Park made a very stressful situation disappear at zero cost to me and I will continue to strongly recommend this dealership in hopes of driving them more business as a token of my appreciation.
