Four years ago, we were on our way to another dealership (not Mazda) and took a right instead of a left turn. Realizing our error we turned into the Mazda Dealership to turn around. We decided, since we were there, to check our a Mazda dealership (never in one before) for comparison to the car we were going to see. We met Ian, he listened to what we were looking for in a car, and the rest is history, now repeated for the second time. We never did make it to the other dealership!
