Shaun was very professional, friendly and funny and kept me informed while I waited for the services to be completed. The services were done in a timely manner and I didn’t have to wait long. Once completed Shaun explained everything that was done and what my vehicle would be needing next in the future. While waiting I checked out the vehicles on the sales floor and was approached by Greg. He understood that I was just looking while I waited but answered every question I had. We had a great conversation and he would definitely be the guy I go to when we decided to shop for a new vehicle. Prior to my appointment, I spoke with James in the parts department and he gave me pricing for parts that I know my vehicle will be needing in the future and made sure that I had all of the information I needed to prepare.
