They lied to me over the phone and text about a hybrid being available today. . Went in to find out it’s not available after negotiating on my trade in. And then they said they will give me someone else’s being available today. . Went in to find out it’s not available after negotiating on my trade in. And then they said they will give me someone else’s cancelled order in a few months ( but why did you lie to me telling me the hybrid is at the dealership today !!!!!) They did mention they have a waitlist of over 400 people so they are doing me a favour by being allowed to jump the queue. However because they are allowing me to jump the queue they feel they deserve more money from me during this transaction so they feel ok to reduce the trade in value of my vehicle by close to $10,000 . It’s such a rip off. And if I refuse to give a trade in they state they will not sell me the car as they will sell to someone else. In other words they are going to rip someone off. The noble thing to do would be hi Give the cancelled order to one of the people on the waitlist for the hybrid? Doesn’t that make ethical sense? Do not make a deposit at this dealership either because clearly they don’t care about customers they just care about how they can make the most money. I will be reporting the company to bbb. I’m shocked managers don’t reply to the poor 1 star reviews. It’s because they got nothing to say and managers participate in this unethical practice at this dealership. Do not waste your time at this dealership. If you are reading my review please do not visit them you will get ripped off like the other 1 star reviews say and you will be lied to like I was. More

I had done a lot of research into Hybrid sedans and went to Toyota in Langley to check out the Camry and Crown. I was lucky to go to Langley Toyota on a sunny and super busy Sunday. Before I went there, I looked online for a RAV4 Prime and found one in Castlegar, BC. I called and Tyler Loo a Product Advisor there g busy Sunday. Before I went there, I looked online for a RAV4 Prime and found one in Castlegar, BC. I called and Tyler Loo a Product Advisor there gave me some amazing advice after looking at the Langley RAV4 Prime. He advised me to go get it right away, because it is super rare! I decided to buy it. I called Stephanie and Brahm in Langley. They helped me get the brand new Rav4 Prime plug in. I've driven the Prime and I love the electricity ride. Thanks to both of you and tell the Manager I say "Xie xie"! More
