As a business owner, I’ve built my business on a culture of service. With that said, I had one of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had, a couple of weeks ago. The service team, led by Phil of service. With that said, I had one of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had, a couple of weeks ago. The service team, led by Phil Levy was absolutely first class. Traveling from Whistler back to the US on a Saturday, found myself on the side of the road in Vancouver with an alternator that had died. I wasn’t expecting much from calling an Land Rover service center on a Saturday at 2pm, other than maybe a confirmation that it was likely the alternator, checking parts availability and hopefully getting it scheduled for the following Monday (if I was lucky enough to get an appt). However, I found myself in the fantastic hands of Phil. Long story short, he pulled out a miracle…. Quickly confirmed the part was in stock, helped arrange a tow truck, and his fantastic service team agreed to stay late to get it fixed, so that we could get back on the road/home. The level of customer service all the way through the process was exceptional, and I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to help us in that challenging situation. I would highly recommend LR Vancouver…. They are a great team. Thank you so much. More

In the evening I booked an online test drive and was contacted first thing the morning and had an appointment for later that day!
