Unbelievable customer service !! Pulled into Knight Dodge at approx..10:30 am on a friday long weekend..although we were from about 5 hours east of their dealership ...right from the Pulled into Knight Dodge at approx..10:30 am on a friday long weekend..although we were from about 5 hours east of their dealership ...right from the start we were made to feel at home..our jeep had a shock issue and we needed to get it replaced ..our only option was to get it fixed there ..being a friday and a small town the options of getting it fixed that day was pretty slim.. parts had to be brought in and being a long weekend it looked like tuesday was the soonest...Dakota and the Service manager went out of their way to make sure we were looked after ...not only did they loan us a vehicle to carry on our trip but because there was no service loaners or rentals available..the service manager let us use his own brand new 2017 dodge ram ..these guys would not leave us stuck and we need more dealerships like this one to set examples of what it means to deal with customers ..period !! we buy new vehicles approx every 4/5 years and have been doing so since the 80's.. in the last 20 plus years we have not seen this type of service and caring from a dealership anyplace and believe me we tried many different ones over the years from ford to chevy as well as our latest jeep product..it seems like when the cheque is signed the friendliness ends ..We would just like to thank the staff at Knight Dodge for making us feel "loved" again.. and just wish they were not so far away.... I brought my 2014 3500 Ram diesel for warranty service. What started out promising was soon turning into a disappointment and a frustration. Things I had asked to have looked at were not diagnosed thoroughly and missed and the truck had to be brought in again. For someone who lives out of town and depends on his truck for work this was frustrating. However mistakes happen, communication breaks down from time to time and things can get missed, we are human after all. When it was all said and done Knight Dodge put their best foot forward and went above and beyond! Gina and Autumn both worked hard to get the issues fixed. Gina was especially helpful and thorough in making sure the concerns got transferred from us back to service. I was given multiple loaner trucks. I told them only to fix the things covered by warranty. When I got the truck back, not only had all the issues been diagnosed and resolved in a timely fashion but I discovered that, to my surprise and delight, they had also done all the things not covered by warranty, at no charge! Plus a full tank of diesel to boot! Thank you Dodge for your great service! More
