The people were nice to deal with, but the product is JUNK I purchased, from this dealership, in 2015 a new Jeep Cherokee North. I believed I was purchasing a quality vehicle but have been proven wrong on more I purchased, from this dealership, in 2015 a new Jeep Cherokee North. I believed I was purchasing a quality vehicle but have been proven wrong on more than one occasion. This vehicle has left me stranded with no power in the vehicle. I had to have it towed onto this dealership where I was told that if this vehicle is parked close to a high power consumptive building it can drain the power from the Jeep. The next time this happened I was parked away from any buildings. I am fortunate in the timing of these occupancies as the dealership was open. But if it was even 1hour later I would have been stranded away from home for the weekend! Since this vehicle is on warranty I expected that the problem would be fixed but as I was told that nothing was wrong nothing was fixed. You can be sure that I will never recommend this product, therefore this dealership, to anyone. More
