Stopped in to have my summer tires put on my leased vehicle. Slipped in to Jim's office as I was considering buying out my highlander and due to interest rates and higher car prices it would be unaffo vehicle. Slipped in to Jim's office as I was considering buying out my highlander and due to interest rates and higher car prices it would be unaffordable to lease again. Well I was wrong. Jim was knowledgeable and easy to deal with and I am not known for holding back words or thoughts. He understood exactly where I was trying to get to and we got there without any drama. Seriously, no drama. A mutual agreement was made and I was happy . Next I was shuttled over to Cassandra who is also very knowledgeable and friendly. She gets to the point and explains everything well. You leave her office knowing everything you need to know about the financing and warranties without wasting your time. Some issues arose due to technical problems but were handled professionally from the dealer and I received my car on time. In the end, I am driving a new vehicle that was leased at a great price , sold by an excellent salesperson(Jim) ,financed by a wonderful finance manager( Cassandra), without wasting my time sitting around like a bird on its eggs waiting to hatch. This was surely one of the fastest and easiest car leasing/purchasing experiences I have ever had and I have had a few. Well Done More

He explained the car in detail and we drove away in both confidence and comfort. He gave us his business card and told us to call should we have any questions. This has to be the worst dealership I have every attended for service. The advisors know nothing and are completely resistant to telling you anything when you get there or when you call back. They don't call you back when your vehicle is ready for pick up. If it is warranty work and they don't have the parts, they don't tell you when they will come, and they do not follow up with information. My truck has been waiting for a turbo waste gate now for 2.5 weeks and I have not received a single call back from my service advisor. In addition, it was in for service for and electrical issue. They forgot to put a ground strap back on. No big deal, things happen. When it was in for the waste gate I told them that wire was not connected and that they should put it back on. It was not done. It is very clear that this is not a very good dealership to have work done and I would imagine that a dealership would want service work. Silly me. I would have given them zero stars but that is not possible. Stay away. Belleville Toyota will get the work from now on. More
