I always bring my Sorento to the main dealer for servicing and always have a good experience. 9 times out of 10 the service is done while I wait and the only repair I have needed (I do 50,000km/ye servicing and always have a good experience. 9 times out of 10 the service is done while I wait and the only repair I have needed (I do 50,000km/year so wear/tear is high) was also completed within 90 minutes and covered by the warranty.
