Quality care I rated 5 stars because after dealing with several other dealerships Brent was the only one who did not hustle me, pressure me to buy or haggle me on I rated 5 stars because after dealing with several other dealerships Brent was the only one who did not hustle me, pressure me to buy or haggle me on a vehicle that's been sitting on the lot for to long.. He answered my many question and did everything I asked in a timely manner. Worth also mentioning was the sale manager and service manager along with the driver who transported my vehicle 800km away from Don Folk. They honoured all agreements and service required. I bought my jeep overlander with out even seeing it and it was just as they said. Thank you More

We were very impressed with Don Folk, mainly Pierre Roy, for their professionalism & assistance with making that decision. Pierre did just the right amount of follow up & "sales" tactics to make us feel good about our decisions; we never felt pressured, never felt like he was feeding us a line - just felt like he was honestly trying to help us out. Other dealerships could take a lesson from this approach. Once we had committed to the purchase, the rest of the team at Don Folk didn't let us down either. The level of professionalism & a high Standard of Care impressed us from each person we talked to - finance, business manager, service manager!
