Was not done so I took it back and showed them a screw missing in the front panel to be replaced while I waited f for the detail. They never put the screw in! Had to go back and forth three times while they figured out paperwork and bungled that. What a joke and you can just see when you go there, their big empty smiles saying, “We are totally here to screw you over!”. More

It appears I also have an alignment or brake issue too as the truck pulls to the right when braking. I thought it would be a waste of time to share this with Mt/ Wathern and my expectation of some response to this "Review" are very low. More

I was working with a salesman to purchase a new Tacoma in August. We had worked out trade-in and completed the credit application. The salesman put me off as he was "in a meeting" and would call back after the meeting. About an hour later, he texted me that the truck sold during "the meeting". Called sales manager to discuss my experience and he said he would look into it. That was the last I heard from the dealership. Ended up buying from another dealership a couple days later. More
