I had owned three Volkswagens prior to deciding to look at something different. Brendan had been recommended to us so we asked for him upon entering the dealership. He was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. When we tried out the Buick Encore, he was very informative and went over everything from front to back. I told him I was comparing the Encore to the VW Tiguan. Brendan worked out the numbers and I went home to decide. The Encore came out the winner after a week of pondering.
