Our team takes all customer concerns seriously and thoroughly inspected the vehicle on multiple occasions. The moulding and fender liner referenced in your concerns were found to be installed according to Subaru factory specifications and no manufacturing defect was identified. However, in an effort to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction, these components were replaced. We understand that it can be frustrating when a vehicle does not meet your expectations, particularly when it is new. Throughout your visits, our technicians documented their findings, completed the work that was agreed upon, and communicated the results of those inspections. For concerns that could not be substantiated through our inspection process, we recommended contacting Subaru Canada so that the matter could be reviewed further through the manufacturer's customer support channels. While we respect your perspective, we do not agree with the characterization that repairs were documented but not performed. We remain committed to providing transparent service and assisting our customers in accordance with manufacturer standards and procedures.
