Let me tell you exactly what buying a new car from Jim Pattison Subaru looks like in practice. You buy a brand new vehicle. It has 4 factory defects. You bring it in. They take your car. Incompetent people eventually stumble onto the right answer. This is something else entirely — a dealership that has decided your warranty problems are not their problem, and that handing you a signed piece of paper is cheaper and easier than actually fixing your car. Adrian was the best all the way through the experience from the first handshake when I walked though the door to look at the Subaru vehicles to the last handshake on the deal. From comparing vehicles to comparing features in each vehicle, he helped me decide which was best for my needs (even though it was a tough choice). Both vehicles have lived up to Subaru’s reputation for solid, reliable performance. I learned long ago that quality is worth the cost, and if you do your research, you’ll find Subaru delivers quality. After seeing my Subaru's, my daughter is now the owner of a 2026 Crosstrek, so we’ve become a Subaru family. I especially appreciate their winter performance and am impressed with the fuel economy for an all-wheel-drive vehicle. I worked with Kade on two of my purchases, and he really knew his stuff. He provided honest, straightforward information that made the process easy. My experiences with oil changes and service have also been very positive. The staff has been friendly and attentive, and the way I’ve been treated is a big improvement over other dealerships I’ve visited in the past. When it’s time to upgrade, I’ll definitely be purchasing another Subaru. More

We had Kade Loewes as our car salesperson, he was amazing very knowledgeable, he knows everything about the Subarus, He allowed my husband and myself to try 3 different Subaru's. While they come across as friendly and appear to listen, in reality they don't take the customer’s needs into serious consideration. They tend to agree with you during conversations, but ultimately proceed with whatever they had planned all along, and in the way they want to do it. Professionalism and genuine customer care were lacking in these departments. More
