Second Purchase Somehow More Positive than First I recently purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with the Pentastar V6 from Rob Valeri at Islington Chrysler. Less than 1 year ago I purchased a 2016 Hemi R I recently purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with the Pentastar V6 from Rob Valeri at Islington Chrysler. Less than 1 year ago I purchased a 2016 Hemi Ram from Rob, but as my professional situation had changed, the thirsty Hemi was no longer feasible as a daily driver. Rob was happy to try and work with my tricky situation and try and find a solution that worked. He was extremely accomodating, took the time to ensure he exhausted all his resources, and did everything he could to ensure my needs were met. Rob is a stand up guy who doesn't try and fool you or upsell you with anything that doesn't accomodate your desires. He tells it to you how it is and does it with a consistently chipper attitude. He has created a lifetime Ram owner! I would not buy a vehicle from anyone but Rob. More

They were professional, kind, patient, attentive, personable and just a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgable with the product they sell whereas some sales representatives that I've worked with from other dealerships in the past weren't quite confident about their product. Rod walked me through every little detail there was to know about the inside of my car and setting it all up , including my Bluetooth, before driving off. It made me feel so comfortable driving away in my new car! Mike is a fantastic manager and was so accommodating and made my car buying experience fun and exciting! Jay-jay in financing department was so kind and professional. We called Islington Chrysler and spoke to Ali Saleh, asked him if they had the 2016 Jeep Cherokee advertised he said yes. My husband of course explained what had happened to us at other dealers. Ali said he will get it all ready for us and also that there was someone from Chrysler there today and a deal can definitely be made. We arrived, Ali was awesome, we made a deal and I am so happy with my new vehicle!!!! My service with the financial adviser Jay Jay was painless. We purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango at an excellent price and we are very excited to now own this vehicle. We had done our research but were not sure when we would make the purchase. We decided to check out islington Chrysler one day as we drove by and there we met Mr. Saleh. We felt comfortable immediately after speaking with him and shortly after decided to make the purchase. We felt that Mr. Saleh gave us honest advice and made us feel very comfortable making our own decisions. He also had quite a great sense of humour and almost felt like family towards the end. Mr. Saleh and Mr. Ricafort were both very professional but at the same time we felt as though they had our best interest at heart.
