This is my second time around to purchase a vehicle from Image Honda and since I had excellent service on my first purchase more than 10 years ago Image Honda came to my mind very quickly and decisive as to Image Honda and since I had excellent service on my first purchase more than 10 years ago Image Honda came to my mind very quickly and decisive as to which car dealer I would go to and of course since I had 4 deferent Honda vehicles before the choice was very obvious what vehicle I wanted but the key to my decision was to which dealer I was to purchase from and I chose Image Honda without a question in my mind. The team at Image were great to deal with and they made the purchase experience simple, and hassle free and the sales person was very thorough and in depth of explanation of my new vehicle right down to the delivery date. I have been leasing from Image for over 10 years (not the same car!), and have NEVER had any issues. This time especially, my salesman, Andy Hewitt was "ahead of the game". When I reached the 3 year anniversary of my 4 year lease, he called me and invited me to come to the dealership to discuss my options. Although I did look at some non-Honda products, I did return to Image to discuss options. The same day I signed the lease agreement for a new 2012 Civic Si. As it happens, I am now paying less for this car, than I did for the 2008 Si I was leasing! A wonderful deal! All the people I have dealt with so far, have been exceptionally friendly and efficient. Although I have not had this car in for service yet, I can say from the experience of many years, that I have never had any issues with the service department. Usually I wait at the dealership until the service is performed, however on the few occasions when I had other appointments, the shuttle driver cheerfully drove me to where I neeeded to be, and even picked me up afterwards! Once again I will say that I am now and have always been, very pleased with Image Honda. Grant Carlson More

From the moment I entered the door I was greeted by Folks who made me feel very welcome with a warm family atmosphere. The thought in mind of this being a business transaction was removed by a perfect bala who made me feel very welcome with a warm family atmosphere. The thought in mind of this being a business transaction was removed by a perfect balance (formal/informal)of profesionalism that produced a relaxed enjoyable condition for negotations. Rob conveyed the feeling that he was negotating for us and was most concerned that he visited 'all bases' in providing what we were looking for to fill our requirements. Customer service was # 1 and moved us to find a way to complete a deal. Image Honda has the 'REAL TEAM' so I must mention Tony (Serv. Mgr?) who I had previously met on a recall visit for my Odyssey (purchased at a used lot). I bumped into Tony(while waiting for the sales team to consider my offer)and asked for an oponion on some accessaries. He took me over to see his CRV and provided me with some valuable info: which along with further suggestions from Julie resulted in our purchasing some $ 2,000 in accessaries making the vehicle one we thoroughly enjoy.
