These folks had a car I wanted and right from my first contact, the relationship was positive. I first emailed Chuck Erb regarding information on the car. He was very prompt and helpful. He was the same on the phone and when I finally met him. With his experienced manner, he provided me with all the information I asked for on the Corvette as well as an extensive history on the car. He was very low key in terms of pushing some dealer tactics forward that we as consumers have grown to detest about the buying experience. Thanks Chuck Anne Sullivan is a great front person to have as the face of your dealership. She is very friendly and helpful. It is obvious that these great attitudes towards customers must come from the top of a well managed business. The whole experience in dealing with HMP is one of the best I have had. Thanks, Russ More
