Sorry, It a GM problem, not ours! 2015 Suburban purchased August, received in November. I have a list of issues with the vehicle (Vibrations, drive train issues, squealing brakes, etc 2015 Suburban purchased August, received in November. I have a list of issues with the vehicle (Vibrations, drive train issues, squealing brakes, etc) and each time it has been in to repair them, I get the same answer......"Yes, there is a problem. No we did not fix it". GM seems to have no solution. I call GM and they simply direct me to my dealer for service. GM's final answer is to replace the truck with a new one and I appreciate that, but seems very wasteful to me. Thank You Tim, Don and Ed for your tolerance inputting up with my complaints. More

He not only beat the price, he looked for ways to get me the exact truck I wanted as quickly as possible. Ended up deciding to just order a custom Canyon in the long run, and Craig was in constant contact with me. Matt and Cathy were both extremely helpful and did not make intense sales pitches to force me into buying anything I did not want. I have already recommended HMP to numerous people. For anyone within an hour drive of Exeter, I would question your sanity if you did not give HMP a chance! More

If he is unsure he does not hesitate to go to one of his more knowledgeable coworkers, rather than give misinformation. This last visit Sue in finance went above and beyond by helping out with some finance details that could have been dealt with on our own at home, but she took time out of her busy schedule to do it for us. I bought a 2010 with 23 000 kms on it for under 20 grand."Sue" the finance lady was very patient and she helped me get a decent loan with a 630 credit score which I was very surprised about. Even adjusted the price of the vehicle so I could get financing.I thought I was going to have to go to one of those shady dealer ships where you pay 29% interest, but nope Sue made it happen. Huron Motor Products made my dream come true. I live more than an hour away but the drive was more than worth it. More
