I just want to thank this dealership and their service department as I am coming up on 5yrs of owning 2 Mazdas. Both these cars have been wonderful and the service has been FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brought my 2017 Mazda in for a shaking and clunking issue. Pointed out to the tech what was wrong with my car. They proceeded to call me in the next day, asking me to come in and replicate it. You’d th issue. Pointed out to the tech what was wrong with my car. They proceeded to call me in the next day, asking me to come in and replicate it. You’d think as a professional, you’d diagnose the issue yourself. They suggested a control arm and sway bar link, that costed $1200. They then told me the issue was fixed, as they had driven the car 9 miles with no symptoms anymore. The day I get the car back, it instantly starts clunking again. Don’t waste your time/money with improperly trained dealership techs. Terrible customer service More
