We were traveling on vacation through TN when my 2007 Accord started acting up. We quickly located this dealership and we were able to get the car there. It was past 6 PM so we did not expect anyone fr Accord started acting up. We quickly located this dealership and we were able to get the car there. It was past 6 PM so we did not expect anyone from the Service Dept to be there but William Oltz was there working late. I explained my situation and Will offered to let us use their loaner car to get to a hotel and that he would work my car in first thing in the AM since we were on vacation. We spent a nice night in Cleveland and the next morning Will called with the info they had located the problem and they would quickly be able to fix it and get us on our way. This service was really outstanding and we really appreciated everything Will did for us. This is the best dealership I have ever worked with. More
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and in the past they would always check the light and let me know if any of them were not working and would offer to change them. I knew I had some lights not workin they would always check the light and let me know if any of them were not working and would offer to change them. I knew I had some lights not working so when I went to pick up my vehicle I asked the service advisor about than and he said they don’t check the lights anymore however when I received my paperwork they have the exterior lights checked green (checked and excellent at this time). If they were not checked then maybe they should behave put that as n/a or something. So now I really don’t know if any of they other things on the list were checked or just received the green check. More

Matt is such a helpful and nice person who helped me with a tire issue. I was driving home on an 8 hour drive and my tire was losing air. I stopped at this Honda dealership and he couldn’t have been nicer. E a tire issue. I was driving home on an 8 hour drive and my tire was losing air. I stopped at this Honda dealership and he couldn’t have been nicer. Even though I was driving a Ford truck he was happy to troubleshoot and see if I had a nail in the tire and was willing to fix it for free. He first spent time looking at it and diagnosing whether there was a nail and then offered to put it on the lift since he couldn’t find anything. They fit me in quickly and diagnosed a bent rim problem. He filled up all my tires and reassured me that I could finish my long drive home and just continue to fill it with air. I can’t tell you how thankful I was to pull into this dealership and be treated so well. Everyone there was friendly and willing to help. Even after all the time he spent he didn’t charge me a thing. Matt, thank you again for all your help and time! You went above and beyond! More

I have been a Honda girl my whole life. I have used Honda of Cleveland multiple times for purchases and service and never had an issue. On 12/29/21 I scheduled an oil change, my car was flashing A16, and I n of Cleveland multiple times for purchases and service and never had an issue. On 12/29/21 I scheduled an oil change, my car was flashing A16, and I needed them to check my alignment. Backing tracking just a bit, my vehicle has been pulling to the right since I bought it in 2020. At my first oil change I asked them to check out the alignment, they said they did, and found nothing wrong. So back to this appt., after having my car a few hours Roger calls me to tell me that the reason my car was pulling was not necessarily my alignment being off but that it was because my tires were so bad. He also suggested that I must have hit something to help aid this problem. So back tracking a bit more, about three months prior to this appt I had my oil changed and tires rotated and nothing was said about my tires having wear on them?? They checked out fine. I am no car technician but you would think if my tires were bad enough that they were requesting I replace them on 12/29 that they would have shown some signs of wear three months ago?? So with all of this being said my service appt that I was planning to be somewhere around $200.00 turned into a $1500.00 appt. My frustration isn't from having to buy the new tires, that's just part of owning a car, it's the fact that I feel like the purchase could have been prevented had they found the problem when I first had them take a look. More
