My Review of Honda West:
Our 12 year old Subaru Outback was dying a prolonged death and we decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle for me, a 50 something woman. I was deciding between a Toyota RAV4, another Outback and the Honda CRV. A colleague had bought a car with Honda West and dealt with Keith Duckett with great satisfaction.I went in one lunch hour to get some basic information and inside of 15 minutes Keith had me test driving the 2012 after giving a good orientaion to the CRV and the new features of the 2012. The vehicle sold itself and Keith did not over sell it.
I was away the next few days and Keith dealt with my husband for the final sale details and we picked the CRV up the next week. My husband and I both felt we had been given all the pertinent information about the various options and add-ons with out feeilng pressured.
Keith was great when he oriented us to the vehilcle when we picked it up and very patient with getting us oriented to all the new technolgy in the vehicle.

A couple of weeks after the sale I had a Blue Tooth connection not working Keith was happy to help, figuring out where I had missed a step in the connection sequence and got things up and going again.

I purchased my new Pilot through Honda West, it is the second vehicle I have acquired through them. They provided me with the options in regards to my expiring lease including the buyout of it and the comparable new products. The new car was built and delivered exactly on time with all specification met. Honda West took care of everything in the transitioning from close out of my old lease to registration of my new Pilot. All I needed to do was get an overview on all of the features and drive away.

I would like to truly thank Honda West for doing an outstanding job. They have made me a great offer on my car and assisted me with every last detail. Kristen was amazing in answering all my questions and going into great detail of all the aspects of the safety and manual features of my Honda Civic. She was so knowledgeable! She made me feel so appreciated. I could truly feel my business was valued. She followed up with me with several calls, she went through all the service details of my car as well. It was really a great customer service experience. I would definitely recommend Honda West to my family and friends.

This was my first time buying a new car and Kristen at Honda West made my experience a good one, she was not pushy at all, and made sure I felt comfortable. I told her my bottom line and she made it happen. When I went on to the financing guy, he was also nice to deal with, making sure I was a happy customer and satisfied with my purchase. Overall I would Highly recommend Honda West when looking for a vehicle. I will be back.

My Review of Honda West:
We met Randy while waiting for our previous vehicle to be serviced. He was friendly and easy to talk to right away. When we came in a few weeks later to purchase a new vehicle Randy remembered us right away and was able to help us start looking for a vehicle. He was patient and helpful while we looked into quite a few used options on the lot and he came up with a lot of options we didn't think of. However, after exhausting the used vehicle options and needing to find something quickly, he brought up the idea of looking at a new vehicle and went through the different financing options to show us how to make it affordable with our budget. All in all, he was great from start to finish and if we ever needed another vehicle, we would definitely go to him.
