The sale person we dealt with was very nice and customer services oriented and we would like to thank him for that.
Our concerns are on Mr. Brice Ernst.
We loved a 2007 BMW 328XI which had some issues:

Warning sign on the dash = We were asked to get the car to BMW retailer to have that check at our own time and cost.
Cracks on windshield = He agreed to replace it.
04 regular tires and No spare tire instead of 04 Run Flat Tires as no room in the trunk for a spare tire.

When we asked him to work on the price of the car he said No. And he said we are selling the car the way is it.
I was surprised that he expressed it in the following way:

"THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN"

As a customer that was a splash coming from someone who is a manager.
That is not the way a sale manager responds to a customer.
We were trying to point out some safety issues but his responses were not professional and he tried to blame us.

I will not recommend anyone to deal with him and I do not think that is the spirit the owners want to show customers...

This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Honda West. Everyone is so friendly even when I'm just checking out the vehicles. There's always a fresh pot of coffee available. I'm treated like a family friend whenever I call or drop in.
I have recommended many family members, friends and coworkers talk to Robert Blough at Honda West. My son drives a Honda West vehicle, my boss spoke with Robert and bought a new Civic from Honda West.
Prices are comparable with those listed on Car Cost Canada, so I know I'm getting a good price from Robert.
Jim Sarantis is a great salesperson. He appreciated my knowledge of cars and what I wanted in accessories. Once I made my decision to buy the awesome 2013 Civic (2 dr coupe Rally Red), they were able to tag one from the production line. I love the new car, it has awesome design inside/out and talk about toys & whistles, it has it all.
I highly recommend Honda West for buying a new or used vehicle. Ask for Robert or Jim and you won't be disappointed. I won't consider buying from anyone else or anywhere else.

Terrible experience. What started off on a great foot, turned bad very quickly. Negotiating involved lots of games. However once we arrived at a negotiated price the dealership changed the terms upon delivery of the vehicle. Although they admitted mistake and even apologized, they said they weren't going to honor our original deal and that I wouldn't find a cheaper vehicle any where else. My sales person Keith, offered very little to help and even pointed out to me that he wasn't being paid any commission since he didn't sell enough vehicles this month. No clue why he shared that with me. This is truly the most awful dealership experience I've had in Calgary. Luckily the other Honda dealerships are plenty happy to give me great service and get me the vehicle i need.

We had an excellent experience buying our 2012 Honda Pilot. Keith was very informative and helpful without any pressure. The financing was a smooth process with Marian. We got a great price and were very happy with our overall purchase and experience. We highly recommend Honda West, especially when dealing with Keith Duckett.

Just yesterday, I picked up my new 2013 CRV that I purchased through Jim Sarantis from Honda West. My experience with Jim has surpassed all my expectations. His approach to customer service is like nothing I have ever experienced. He is honest, fair, kind and trustworthy. These are terms that are not often use when describing someone in vehicle sales, but they apply to Jim. I never felt rushed or pressured during my purchase experience with Honda West. Jim stayed late one night answering all my questions and not once did I feel as though I was taking too much time. In addition, he was very transparent about my financial options with a new vehicle. I would go so far as to say that my experience with Jim was like dealing with family. Jim also added in the little extras such as offering to photograph my daughter and I with our new vehicle. And of course, my daughter's key chain his Honda "bling," thanks to Jim. I had to find a new (to me) vehicle rather quickly. Jim Sarantis was great in finding me a match for lifestyle and price. He understood my needs and didn't waste time on vehicles that didn't suit. He was also able to answer my questions about other brands of vehicles in comparison. There was no pressure. I was given all the time I needed to test drive and to make what was for me a big decision. I really appreciated the positive and helpful way I was treated by all folks at the dealership - Jim, the finance staff, and the service folks as well. I have to say that I was nervous because of previous negative experiences with 'hard sell' car salespeople (not Honda), and was relieved and pleasantly surprised. They even saved me a trip to the Registry Office by changing registration and plates for me - all part of the great service. Thankyou Jim.

I have always taken my Honda Civic to Axel/Darrell/Bernie for servicing. These guys are great... always happy and professional. Recently I purchased a 2012 Civic from Kristen and she has been helpful. She helped my set up the bluetooth for my cellphone. She has helped even after the sale when I couldn't figure out the remote start. Thank you. For sure I will be bringing in my new Rhonda the Honda for servicing.

Dropped into Honda West for the first time in late july and met with Kristen Josey. At that time we were considering the purchase of a new vehicle but were unsure of which model, we had been to other dealerships and found the pressure sales too much for us, we let Kristen know this and she was very understanding and patient. At no time did she put us under pressure and i felt very comfortable asking questions and gathering information from her. We test drove a few different models and priced all our options but made no decision. At that time we took time out to decide if we were going ahead with a new car, Kristen gave us the space we needed to come to our decision and when we returned in early September she made herself available to us once again to answer any lingering questions once again without any pressure and was extremely professional.When we finally made our choice with the Honda Civic she walked us through all our options with finance, warranty ect and made the whole process seamless.We picked up our new Civic in September and the whole process was very smooth.
We have nothing but good to say about Kristen and the Honda West team, we had a brief discussion with Matt (sales manager ) who was very open and honest. We have no hesitation in recommending Kristen and Honda West to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in Calgary

Went to Honda West to replace and downsize the family van. I was interested in the Fit and the sales team were very helpful with answers (I couldn't think of enough questions to keep Kristen satisfied). The staff were friendly and helpful in all regards. It was an easy, no-fuss, no-muss tradein, and I love my new little blue car! Thanks Kristen and everyone else at Honda West. And thanks for not laughing at me when I came back two hours later to retrieve the CDs out of the old van...
