The people that I dealt with were very pleasant, the atmosphere was welcoming and in the end I bought the vehicle that I was interested in. That I bought the vehicle that I was interested in says something. I have a few negatives though, the primary one revolves around the AutoTrader ad that was posted online. The ad listed options on the vehicle, some which initially attracted me, that didn’t exist. When I was surprised at my initial viewing of the vehicle and pointed the discrepancy to the sales staff, I was told that the ad would be cleaned up the next day, it wasn’t. There were items listed in the AutoTrader ad that we didn’t discover weren’t actually on the vehicle until the delivery date. It left a slight bad taste in our mouths. We bought the vehicle and like it, but were left feeling slightly misled by the information provided in the advertisements. More

Saw and test drove a vehicle got a quote. Didn’t accept it as we had other vehicles to view. Next day accepted the quote and was given a time the following day to come in and sign papers fo Didn’t accept it as we had other vehicles to view. Next day accepted the quote and was given a time the following day to come in and sign papers for the vehicle. Then all of a sudden the price went up by $1500 cause if a computer glitch. As I’m driving there to sign papers I’m made aware of this, via a phone call from the manager. When I get there, nothing they can do. WILL NOT HONOUR THE PRICE WE WERE GIVEN!! So if bought the day we test drove it was cheaper.. 2 days later oops more expensive. Sales guy was great. Manager and other… nope. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. More
