Thank You for notifying us of your complaint. We strive to provide you with the best possible service and when you feel that it fails to meet your expectations, it’s important for you to let us to know. First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in getting your vehicle delivered. This delay was caused by the special rims that you requested us to order from the USA and the special lift kit. When we installed the lift kit we realized that because it would not align to our satisfaction we had to order a new tire rod assembly which caused the extra delay. With the light, we apologize but we did not notice that it was broken, but we did however replace it as soon as it was pointed out. We would also like to point out that when we took delivery of this vehicle the light was not broken. We would also like to express that customizing vehicles does take time and again we apologize for the delay. I understand that you received the vehicle with a low fluid. We topped up all the fluids as requested. The brake fluid levels were within normal parameters according to brake wear. I want you to understand that High River Toyota strives for complete customer satisfaction. When you notified us that you have a concern with the vehicle, we didn’t hesitate, we took responsibility and addressed all your issues and if you have any more concerns with the vehicle after taking delivery of your vehicle, High River Toyota will take responsibility and will always stand by their vehicles. That is the difference when you buy from us.
