Okay so we say yes but after some consideration we didn't want the truck so my husband left a message to say he wasn't interested and not to bring it in, 6pm comes along and we get a call to say our truck is in and ready to go. Upped the price by 30 bucks and then said it was my husband's inaccurate amount owing husband owed what he told them. Funny the price only went up after this grey truck got brought in. I bought my truck back in 2015 and I couldn't have praised them enough what the xxxx happened? 2 people I have sent you're way and both had an awful experience. We now have a truck that is the same specs as the truck we were trading rather than the base model you tried to charge 80000 for. I love the service team but when my lease is up I think I will be headed to a new dealer. Cannot believe you guys I am so disappointed. My husband also felt rushed and pushed into a truck he wasn't interested in something they claim they don't do. More

Good old bait and switch These guys are not honest. I called on a Thursday about 2014 Sienna Limited they had for sale (really good price @ 29000) and made an appointment to These guys are not honest. I called on a Thursday about 2014 Sienna Limited they had for sale (really good price @ 29000) and made an appointment to see it on Saturday morning since they were closed on Friday for good Friday. Here comes Saturday, we wake up early, pack our four moth old son and we drive to High River from North Calgary. We looked at the van we were interested in as soon as we got there and behold the "Sold" sigh in the window. Then here comes the sales guy telling us "Sorry it's sold... but we have other vans". REALLY ? They were trying to convince us somebody else sold the car and our sales guy ( and the used sales manager included) didn't know. Give me a break, i know how long it takes for finance approval, arranging insurance etc. They are using the good old bait and switch on people and as i am writing this 4 days later the van is still posted for sale on their site. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. More

All of them make sure that our experiences are great, they go out of their way to make sure you always have a positive experience. I am very happy with the service they provide. My wife had some major work done on her car and they went beyond the work that was needed and Simon and Darcy added a few surprises. I was a bit overwhelmed with the kindness and the quality of the work done. Thank you all at High River Toyota you will have us as customers for life. More

When I had mentioned this to High River Toyota they passed me on to Samra Alic the financial service manager. She did everything in her power to help me out including picking me up, grabbing me coffee, heck she even splurged on pizza. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a pleasant buying experience.I also want to give a big thank you to both managers Charls and Terry !!! More
God Aweful Experience-Avoid Avoid Gary Seward Same old deals at High River Toyota. Purchased a 2014 Rav 4 (New off the Lot at the time). At the time we purchased as part of th Gary Seward Same old deals at High River Toyota. Purchased a 2014 Rav 4 (New off the Lot at the time). At the time we purchased as part of the package Pre paid Oil changes . That was a mistake! We were told we would get FRONT of the Line service beacuse we have this package. We were also told if we are at a Fast Lube shop that we could simply use the next oil change at the back end of the service agreement. What we wern't told is that these oil changes expire if we skip one ,two or three even if you get them done at a Fast lube type facility.How is that possible ? I message HRT an we are told that we would hear from someone shortly....that was a Month ago.... Seems like the Sales Pitch is just that and Customer service is somewhat of a Myth. More
Smooth After spending 3 months in the market I decided to give a visit and found my new car. While we were looking at the cars he was just standing away and giving us time and space to be comfortable. I really liked their approach to customers, they are open to negotiate and answer your questions. We decided on the vehicle, they organized the loan and I was driving my new car on the other day. Another thing I need to add was the condition of the vehicles. Unlike most of the dealers in Calgary area vehicles are very clean and tidy. Moreover they give another set of floor mats, that was great! More
Terrible experience I called 1 week ahead to get an idea on trade in value of my car. They gave me an approx value which I said was good for me.I told them over the phon I called 1 week ahead to get an idea on trade in value of my car. They gave me an approx value which I said was good for me.I told them over the phone it was a US vehicle and gave them the mileage in MILES. When I arrived( 1 hr from my home to their lot) there was a piece of paper on the desk with my details written on it. It was clearly marked MILES beside the mileage. For the next 45 mins I test drove and looked at a certain 55,000 dollar vehicle. During this time an appraisal was done on my vehicle and they gave me what I wanted for it. We signed papers and even paid the 2500 dollar deposit. Done deal,right? Wrong! Suddenly they figured out the odometer and guages are in miles. Now they wanted $9000 more! I said I would give $3000 more since it was a mistake( remember they had all info for a week) but still a good deal. The manager wouldn't budge. I made a rash decision(after almost 3 hrs there) and signed for a cheaper similar vehicle only to find out when I got home that it was a rental! They never showed me the carproof while I was there. Now they had me overpaying for a RENTAL at a gently used price. Thankfully I was to go exchange vehicles 2 days later and called to cancel whole transaction. I believe they gave me a good trade in value to get me to drive all the way down there and pulled the rug out from under me! Terrible experience and I will tell everyone to avoid More
Not recommended! The only reason I chose them over dealers in Lethbridge and Calgary is due to their aggressive pricing but apparently it was not worth it. The inspection done on used vehicles is probably a joke as I drive out of the dealership and the bumper pops out just after a few miles on the highway and wait, pretty soon it starts raining and water leaks through the window. While negotiating the price, I asked them to not include the 2 year warranty which they offer, to which they reply that they don't sell vehicles without warranty and it will be included. I finalize the price and on the day of pickup, I am informed that warranty is not included as I asked for it to be not included. Also, some accessories which were installed on the vehicle at time of test drive went missing at delivery. When asked about them, they refuse outright that there were any and when I pulled pictures from their website of the vehicle, they promise me to send those within 2 weeks but it's been a month and I haven't seen any yet. Overall, it was not worth the time and efforts I had to put in to go buy a vehicle at High River when I live in Lethbridge. I won't recommend this dealership to anyone and can certainly confirm that there is a huge lack of ownership at this business. More

When i went to buy it the used car manger said they will take care of it , but after i bought it . He said i never said that . I now just find out the windshield water pump is not working. BE VERY CARE FULL WHEN YOU BUY THE USED CAR OR ANYTHING FROM THEM. More
