Bad dealership! First of all they want your insurance info even tho you pay for the car outright. Second, i had a very slow leak on a tire (suspect it was that way f First of all they want your insurance info even tho you pay for the car outright. Second, i had a very slow leak on a tire (suspect it was that way from the dealership since it was within a couple of weeks that i noticed) so i contacted them and they cant help me because I didn't purchase extended warranty. Thirdly my 12 volt battery died and when I recharged it again the multimedia was stuck on 'enter password' even tho it wasn't set yet by me. Called HR Toyota and shop supervisor said they cant help me cause i don't have extended coverage. So i had it restored by another dealership under regular Toyota warranty. These people either don't know what they're doing or are just outright grifters. NOT worth the drive! The xpel paint film now has bubbles and i probably wont bring my new car back there cause I'm afraid of what shenanigans they will pull this time since i didn't get up-sold with extended warranty. More

This dealership is first choice. They were able to get the vehicle I wanted when no one else could. On pickup day I met with Ishan, their financial person to complete my sale. Ishan is friendly and thorough and has good communication skills answering all questions and explaining all the intricate details of the various warranties. Everyone from reception to the service department was friendly and welcoming. Great staff! I drove home in my new vehicle a happy and content customer. Bought a used rav at high river, solid enough vehicle but numerous issues with the dealership. Left messages for call backs, on line reviews but no follow up at all. Did get a 1 year follow up email from sa numerous issues with the dealership. Left messages for call backs, on line reviews but no follow up at all. Did get a 1 year follow up email from salesman, immediately got ghosted when I asked about the issues. Got a 2 year cold call from another sales person who at least seemed concerned when I reviewed the issues and assured her I had no interest in dealing with them again. She promised to have the manager call to address it. He followed up, and all he could do was send me out a $100 gas card....4 months later and they couldn't even do that. Just another example of how they fail to follow up and deliver. Vehicle has been good but would never go there again. Went back for some service and they couldn't even do the obvious stuff that they claimed to be checking. Definitely not worth the drive! More
