I sat in quick lane for 45 min. Just kids working the quick lane, giving me attitude about him forgetting to put on my oil cap creating dust within the opening of fresh oil, they al Just kids working the quick lane, giving me attitude about him forgetting to put on my oil cap creating dust within the opening of fresh oil, they also spilt oil within areas not caring to clean it up. They claimed to check my tires which they didn’t, I shouldn’t have to tell them what to do for an oil change. My air filter also wasn’t checked, I was told to wait around more which I shouldn’t have too. The guys were standing around looking lost in the first place.The past few visits have been nothing but the worst customer experience. The guy at the desk was willing to get the kid working on my truck though he shouldn’t have to chase these “techs” around to make sure the job is done after I mention it. I feel like they treated me like a woman that was clueless. More

I waited an hour and a half for a simple oil change in the quick lane. An oil change can be done in 20 minutes; there was absolutely no reason I had to wait that long. The worker with whom I first dealt w the quick lane. An oil change can be done in 20 minutes; there was absolutely no reason I had to wait that long. The worker with whom I first dealt with asked me “does this car belong to your husband?” Number one, that is none of your business. Number 2, what does it matter anyway? And number 3, you have no right to assume anything about me or my car and who it “belongs” to. As if it is so strange for a woman to be bringing in her own car for service. Ridiculous and horrible service. Find another dealership. More
