Amazing Service! I went in to Nissan today and bought a 2015 Rogue from Jason and he was a pleasure to deal with! He made the deal very fast, and easy! I was hesitant considering the customer experience, quality of work and tight budget but when I interacted with the service advisor Mandy, it didn't took me long to get in comfort zone and I knew that my vehicle is in safe hands. With immense pleasure, I would like to give my recognition to Mandy for her work ethic, customer experience and the efforts to work in the best interest of the customer. Mandy is full of energy, dedicated, determined, hard working and well organized with prompt updates for every action items. Her customer service is excellent. Mandy goes an extra mile to ensure the quality of work and segregating the top priority action items so the reliability and safety of recently purchased vehicle is in compliance. Furthermore, my tight budget was taken into consideration to perform all action items and the discounts were offered. It is difficult to find such service and customer experience particularly in Grande Prairie area. I am certain that I will have my new segment serviced at GP Nissan again and in future. Our first Armada was purchased December of 2013 on which we were given a great deal and have had amazing customer service experiences with every visit for service and maintenance since then. Yesterday we bought a new Armada. A bit of an unplanned purchase but a friendly courtesy phone call from Amanda got us curious about trading in for a newer model. We were surprised at the amazing offer they could give us and we left yesterday with a newer Armada. We look forward to our next visit as it is always a welcoming atmosphere with stellar customer service. More

The most helpful and friendly After shopping around for months, we were at the end of our rope where no one seemed willing to help and when asked for numbers they weren't realistic After shopping around for months, we were at the end of our rope where no one seemed willing to help and when asked for numbers they weren't realistic or had some sort of ridiculous interest rate attached to it. Nissan wasn't even on our radar. We were there to look at a rogue out of curiosity and they showed us the Pathfinder. They worked hard to get us a great deal and it was the best deal offered. Jason and James were great. Both extremely friendly and helpful. It was an extremely busy day for all and we couldn't believe how late they and other staff stayed after closing time on a very busy day to help customers walk out with a new car. Customer service has always been important to us and we will always pick the better service and more friendly staff over others. This dealership, and especially Jason have earned any future business we may have!... I also have to mention the play structure inside the building was a godsend! Car shopping with a toddler can be difficult and having this inside made for one less stressful thing especially when car shopping can be stressful enough. More
