Terrible service everytime I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times. My car is no longer on warrenty so I had to have the liftgate handle ordered in and pay for it myself. Nissan did not call me when the part came in. . When I opened the box there was a price sticker on the liftgate handle which showed I paid a 100% mark up. I had to take it to a bodyshop to have painted, I then took it to a 3rd party shop to have it put in for half the price Nissan quoted me. Now less than a year later the same thing is happening again. But will Nissan replace the part and install it. NO! They say I have to pay to have it painted and put in, they will only pay for the part. Terrible service! They also recommended I have other work done on my car, but when I took it to a 3rd party auto shop, I was told it didn't need the work done Nissan was claiming it needed. More

Great First Experience Walking in I was super anxious. As soon as I met Mitch and sat down with him all my anxiety went away. He was super relatable which I really enjoyed. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was going on the whole time. He showed me two vehicles at once and helped me decide on the one I knew I would love the most.
