Terrible service We took our 2006 Santa Fe in on a flat deck because it had died on the side of the road and would not start. We where told that they would take 1/2 an hour to try and diagnose it and if they needed more time they would call and let us know. When we got the diagnosis for it, it had everything that was wrong with the vehicle from crack in the windshield to shocks but not what the engine problem was and charged us three times more, when I went to talk to them about it they told me we couldn't have thought that it would only take half an hour to diagnose a problem like that and we had to pay the bill, when I asked to talk to the manager he was not in and would get back to me. It has been two weeks and we have not heard from him. Although we did work with Meaghan as we where going to look at trading our vehicle in and she was great but after what happened with the service department and how we where treated we decided to go else where. We also received phone call survey from Hyundai when I told them I was in debt about our bill they promptly told me they where sorry and hung up. All in all very unimpressed, glad we got rid of our Hyundai and now own a chevy who have been fabulous from the trade in for our none working hyundai to getting us into a great new vehicle. More

Servicing for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Following purchase of my used Santa Fe SUV, I was immediately informed of 3 recalls needing attention, and a service appointment was booked that inclu Following purchase of my used Santa Fe SUV, I was immediately informed of 3 recalls needing attention, and a service appointment was booked that included a complete vehicle inspection. This revealed a few issues including some that were costly, but I was then offered a protection insurance plan that would take care of power-train problems including those found in the recent inspection. As the vehicle had not cost a lot to buy, the insurance seems a reasonable investment, as well as the 3-year oil change add-on program. The staff we dealt with were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, while exhibiting NO annoying sales pressure. It is so nice to deal with a company with trained, pleasant employees. More

This dealership and the employees are both wonderful to deal with! There is great communication between all levels of management and a great atmosphere. The sales reps are all friendly and very knowledgeab deal with! There is great communication between all levels of management and a great atmosphere. The sales reps are all friendly and very knowledgeable, and take the customers needs into consideration rather than the sale itself. They want to see you happy with your purchase and for you to drive away happy. My experience with Meaghan really has made an impact on how I view other dealerships. She is always positive, very open with what is happening and always considerate of what I am looking for. She is always available to answer any questions I have about any type of vehicle. Her timeliness in returning calls is wonderful as well. My next purchase will be made through Meaghan because I know I will get a vehicle I am happy with, I will know all of the details of the vehicle and I know I will receive 5 star customer service every step of the way. I am livid. I bought a brand new vehicle there last march, and have continuesly had minor issues everytime i need to deal with something- and adding a few minnor things up, it turns into a big thing. For Example: part of my purchase included 24 months of oil changes, 7 year waranty. I brought my car in last time- and they couldnt even be bothered to change the oil change sticker with the updated when its due next. This time around when it was due I had to have someone else bring my car in, as I couldnt afford to take the day off work. I called myself to book the appointment, confirmed that i still had the vip oil change package, and explained the issue about my USB port not charging my devices. The dealership charged me for the diagnostics of the USB (should have been part of customer service/warranty) and stated that Hyundai decives are not compatible with Apple products (maybe that is something they should mention to their customers???), I was also charged for the oil change, along with 40$ for a key fob battery...the key fob was given to me at purchase not functioning! This just states the most recent experience, so I am sure you can see why I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
