What i disliked was that when i was given an intitial quote for payments it was $330 bi-weekly, but when i signed the papers i was told $360 bi-weekly. And their reasoning was a difference in price for my buy out of a previous loan. After looking at the documents the differential was 34 dollars total.. More

Amazing experience!! I had a bad experience back in November with a different dealer. When Cordell found out he contacted me to help me out. He got me out of my old vehicl I had a bad experience back in November with a different dealer. When Cordell found out he contacted me to help me out. He got me out of my old vehicle which was clunking and made me feel unsafe to drive and into a brand new vehicle!!! I felt comfortable driving away in my new elantra knowing that if I have any issues I can always contact him and he would help me fix any problems I had. I also met with Ryan and Will who throughout the process were very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. My first time buying a car was a really terrible experience but the guys at Hyundai really helped to make the second time a great one. I'll be sticking with this group for sure and will be recommending them to friends and family. More

I was upset about the loss of my previous car to an accident and completely unsure about what I want I had exceptional customer service at GP Hyundai. Kaitlyn was very friendly and attentive as soon as I stepped into the dealership. She was patient and helpful in narrowing down vehicle choices and taking me for test drives, answering my many questions and providing very practical advice. Will was wonderful when dealing with how to finance my new purchase. He was very understanding about my uncertainty in length of term and payment amounts each month and provided all sorts of numbers for me to look over and choose from so I felt I had all the knowledge I needed to work out my budget and make my final decision. He didn't pressure me and made it clear I could contact him anytime I wanted to talk further. Ryan handled the final paperwork and was incredibly friendly and thorough in his explanations of warranty, etc. I also met with Alyssa briefly to set up my appointment for my first service in a few months. She was very enthusiastic and informative about everything from the best way to change my appointment if I will need to where I should park when I come in. It's those little things that make me feel comfortable with GP Hyundai! I walked out feeling like I got an excellent deal and knowing I can still go back and get assistance anytime I have concerns.
