Horrible Seevice We bought a 2016 Pathfinder Hybrid from this dealership. Although the sales team was decent, the service department has been nothing but a joke. They sold us conventional lifetime oil changes, then proceeded to tell us this model needs synthetic oil and that it wasn't covered under lifetime changes and that we would have to pay an extra $80 per oil change. Better off going to quick lube. And every time we have gone in for service, they have been behind schedule, significantly, while we wait for what was supposed to be a 'quick' service. Or they call to tell me the car is ready for pickup and I turn up only to find out it will still be another half hour or more. Nissan Joke (Juke) We booked for our windshield repair of our Nissan ARMADA. They said its going to take a whole day for that. So they gave us a service car which is a N We booked for our windshield repair of our Nissan ARMADA. They said its going to take a whole day for that. So they gave us a service car which is a Nissan Joke! (Oops Juke) its literally smaller inside than a honda civic with a horrible yellow color. Even my 4 y/o daughter is screaming and crying "its so ugly!" and doesn't want to get inside the service car... Her knees is already touching the back of the drivers seat which I believe is not safe... The Guy name Lance of the service department said that its their last car but I have seen a lot of service car inside. A guy in the sales department was trying to be nice and gave my daughter a big balloon. Funny thing is that with the balloon inside that small car my husband couldn't see the back... To think it was raining hard and passing thru a Wayne Gretzky drive... That Nissan Juke service car was really a BIG JOKE! More
Top Rate Experience! We have, on two occasions, selected Go Nissan North to purchase new vehicles. In both instances we dealt with Raj Ministry. He was excellent to work We have, on two occasions, selected Go Nissan North to purchase new vehicles. In both instances we dealt with Raj Ministry. He was excellent to work with both being mindful of the expectations of the dealership, and our needs in purchasing vehicles. Raj offered us 5 ?? service on numerous occasions. When we had a hiccup with service, Raj ensured our needs were met. As an aside, two of our children have also purchased autos through Raj and have been equally satisfied! More
Go Nissan? Go elsewhere! They refused to release MY fully paid for vehicle without payment for the oil change and I had to return with the document showing my lifetime oil change offer. Then surprise surprise "suddenly" finance found the record of it on there system. This is an absolutely pathetic and disgusting attempt at swindling money out of consumers and an unjustified seizure of my vehicle. The original salesperson I dealt with was great but I would have never bought a Nissan from this dealership if I knew I would be dealing with this sort of behavior. More

He helped me with a great car and was very knowledgeable! The service was amazing! Super friendly staff. I received a loner to get my things done. If you need a car and good service go there! You won't be disappointed by the service, or the selection of vehicles. They do care about their customers, and ensures good service is provided. You’re treated like family, not like a customer. Overcharged for repairs. Depends who your service advisor is I brought my truck in as my temperature gauge read low. They charged the diagnostic fee and changed the antifreeze/coolant. I was charged 4.5 hours and the bill came out to over $700.00 I have had work done at this shop before and did not have any problems with their quality of work and pricing. This time I was not impressed. More
