Our first visit to Kia West to test-drive a demo model with a member of the sales team, Nelson Uzonwa ("Nelly") was also a very positive experience. He was very patient in explaining the various features of the car and he did not make us feel as though we were being pressured into making a rush decision. We did into the end decided to order a new KIA Soul EX in white, the demo model was red. Although we were told the wait could be between 6-8 weeks, a car became available within a week.
