No hastle and great atmosphere I purchased a 2010 Colorado from this dealer and even though it wasn't a high priced vehicle they still treated me as if it were one. #firsttimer I was very nervous and had to bring in a friend with me cause I heard of some many horror stories about car dealers and the whole process that goes wi I was very nervous and had to bring in a friend with me cause I heard of some many horror stories about car dealers and the whole process that goes with buy a car. You see it was my first time to buy a new car and I had done a lot of research into it before going in. I knew what I wanted and the price I could afford. well I was so pleased with the way I was treated and the ability to drive off the lot that night. I was really impressed with Jenny Eliazian who took me out for a test drive on the Soul LX. At first I was going to test the Standard version of the car and Jenny noticed I didn't feel comfortable with that model and made a comment "make sure you are comfortable with your choice" with that I said ok lets go automatic and she was very quick to pick out a new model for me. We had a great test ride joking laughing and she was great to point out some of the cars accessories. She it made it very enjoyable plus all the staff who helped me out to make sure I could ride off with it that night. Now 1 week into having the vehicle I am so happy, so happy to be part of the KIA family and having a reliable car, dependable car and now something I really needed to support my family. More

Lengthy horrible basic service. What is usually a 1 hour service took almost 3 hours to finish. And the excuse that was given to me was that they still had to purchase the part. When What is usually a 1 hour service took almost 3 hours to finish. And the excuse that was given to me was that they still had to purchase the part. When I noticed that it was taking longer than usual, the service advisor, Jason, did not even bother to inform me that it is going to take a longer time than usual - one had to approach the service desk a number of times to follow up on the status. And the said service advisor Jason was not apologetic at all. He was like a robot that just wants to get the assembly line going. No emphaty at all to what is going on and that the customer is frustrated. To top it all, as I got my vehicle, I was never asked to sign anything and never got a service order/receipt. Makes you wonder whether they did do the service and bought the proper part for it! I could not believe such incompetence and lacking in customer service. More

Rescued From The Jaws of Kia Richmond I was considering purchasing a Rio LX+ from Kia Richmond before I was made aware of the drama currently taking place at that dealership.
