Anyhow, part of the deal on my car included a free Las Vegas vacation for two, which was presented to me as though it were a discount on the car. Turns out the vacation was not free, and when I asked them (the general sales manager) about it, they became openly hostile and told me that I would not be getting any tickets or hotel vouchers..nothing. And now that I read the complaints on this site, I kick myself for even having stepped foot on their property. "Thieves and rip-off artists" is entirely accurate. More

worst service dept.i have ever dealt with. Took our 2014 Sante Fe in to get the air conditioner fixed for the third time since we have owned it . Was told to bring it back at a later date to have it diagnosed, I did and was told it needed a part replaced and a re-charge. That was a month ago and we still haven't gotten a phone call or follow up from the service manager. We called them last week and were told parts were on order ,no explanation or excuse offered.The sales dept. is trying to sell us a new Sante Fe and we were considering upgrading to a brand new one, but that's not going to happen. We bought new to have full warranty and peace of mind, and i have to say the Sante Fe is great SUV and i can accept that it is a machine and things break but i cant accept being jerked around by the service manager.From what i can see in other reviews this dealership has a management problem that needs to be dealt with More

Overal poor service I have owned my Elantra for 2.5 years now. Right off the hop i couldn't get my car when they said it would be ready. Had to use friends for 2 weeks to I have owned my Elantra for 2.5 years now. Right off the hop i couldn't get my car when they said it would be ready. Had to use friends for 2 weeks to drive me around as i sold my old car when Gary Moe said mine would be ready. Now dealing with ticking engine. Luckily they are telling me its covered under some recall warranty and will replace the short block of engine but i have now been waiting over a month for it to come in. My car is sounding worse every day and no one is helping me or telling me an estimated time. You would think they could offer a courtesy vehicle but havent. I have asked for a courtesty vehicle in the past and they told me many times that they are all being used right now by customers who are waiting on parts for months! To me that sounds horrible that it takes months for Hyundai to get parts in!! Overall the entire buying and now service has been just horrible. No one calls back or has answers and wont do anything to make amends. More

Service elsewhere In the fall Took in for winter tire install and wheel alignment . Was told would be 2 hours. Car finally ready. 5 hours for tire install that were on rims already Went out to car and noticed hubcaps not on. Went back in and was told I would have to bring it back to get them installed as it was closing time. Tech didn’t know if I had wanted them on- a quick phone call while in would have answered that Made appt to bring back to get hubcaps on as they go under lugnuts. When I got there was told will be done quickly. Waited at dealership. After an hour started talking with other wAiting customers. Another had been told 2 hours for her service it was now. 5. Every chair was full with a disgruntled service customer. We all bonded over our disgust with the service dept. we practically cheered for each other when they finally said your vehicle was ready. Mine took 2 hours So for 4 tire installed and a wheel alignment it took over 6 hours. Unexceptable! Side note was told summer tires couldn’t be kept because of the wear on them. Couldn’t store until spring. Took rims with me. Bought summer tires elsewhere. Only took that dealership 1 hour to install new tires that had to be put on rims. And they put hubcaps on. Lost sale to Gary Moe. And possibly a car sale in future. More

Will not leave me alone I bought a Santa Fe in 2014. Within a month I realized I couldn't afford it and they refused to help me. Gary Moe will call me every week or two to ask about upgrading my Santa Fe which I don't have anymore. I have asked them to stop and even called the dealership to be taken off their call list. They still continue to call even when no matter what I say to them. I would never recommend anyone to their dealership. J and JB auto which is right across the street were honest with me and helped me with everything I needed. More
