I went in for my first service on my new vehicle. The waiting area was nice, clean, comfortable. I was quoted about 1.5 hours for length of time the service; and the timing was accurate. Sales guy named Gustavo Garcia lied about another family wanting to buy the same car as me at the same time in order to hard close the deal. They also took the floor mats out of the car when they were suppo wanting to buy the same car as me at the same time in order to hard close the deal. I was told by Efraín that I would get a phone call when the ordered part arrived at the dealership. I never got a phone call, I called a day after the scheduled arrival date. I work in the area and I could have dropped off the car on Wednesday after work. Had I been given this option I'm sure I would've received the car back from you the same time I dropped it off.
