Brought car in for an oil change, everything went well till I left for work the next morning and heard a grinding, not blaming anyone just ironic it happens after I leave the dealer. I have been using your service dept for quite some time and this is the second time this has happened I went in for an oil change and one of my back tire has lost air pressure last time your guys just kept and this is the second time this has happened I went in for an oil change and one of my back tire has lost air pressure last time your guys just kept refilling it, well I finally took it to local mechanic he put it on a lift and took out a piece of something he plugged the hole refilled the tire for a minimal charge now i have to do it again More

Well I went here for an oil change and they showed me this live recorded video and the tech was incoherent when he was talking. The service rep asked me if I wanted to have my filters replaced and I sai this live recorded video and the tech was incoherent when he was talking. The service rep asked me if I wanted to have my filters replaced and I said no. Upon checking out and leaving the service area I.checked my receipt and they said I have an oil leak. The service rep never mentioned that and I was a little baffled since my car does not have oil spots anywhere I park after I went home and checked. So I’m just a little curious on how this was even an issue? More
