I have called him with questions about my vehicle and he takes the time to help me. Most sales people write you off after you buy a car but Craig still try's to help me out after I bought my vehicle. When I call him, he gets right back to me. I don't have to wait days for a return call. He called me right after buying my vehicle to see how I liked it.
