I honestly don’t think they fix my X7 3rd row seat. I have been coming back and forth and im 30 mins away so inconvenience. I consistently adhere to scheduled maintenance for my vehicle, ensuring it receives timely attention whenever the service light illuminates. I noticed the service light was on, indicating a recommendatio vehicle, ensuring it receives timely attention whenever the service light illuminates. I noticed the service light was on, indicating a recommendation to replace the brake pads due to mileage. While initially assured that the rotor appeared satisfactory, subsequent inspection revealed a need for rotor replacement as well. Unfortunately, the inspection video provided by the dealership only covered the underside of the vehicle, offering no visual evidence or assessment of the rotor's condition. This lack of transparency and discrepancy in assessment reflect poorly on the dealership's integrity. Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in their services, and I have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future. Furthermore, I will refrain from engaging in any business dealings with this dealership due to their apparent lack of honesty and professionalism. More

Went to oil change they told us that they are going to to a diagnostic check Roy said everything is smooth....just the ac filter we changed oil and filters Ater everything and 4 hours wait they we left an a diagnostic check Roy said everything is smooth....just the ac filter we changed oil and filters Ater everything and 4 hours wait they we left and our ac broke magically and Roy told us to go back unable that day bc od an appointment..... next day they told us that the ac broke down magically and they needed 1400 dolar to repair our blower motor and after everything was smooth They broke our car and they wanted money to repair it Keep in mind that everything was good and after dealer ac broke down More
