Extremely Satisfied I leased a 2014 honda CRV from Family Honda not too long ago. The staff was great to work with especially Rock Allen. He answered all our questions an I leased a 2014 honda CRV from Family Honda not too long ago. The staff was great to work with especially Rock Allen. He answered all our questions and concerns and still does if we ask for information. They had the vehicle ready for us to pick up in 3 days as promised. I will surely recommend Family Honda. More

She was enthusiastic and pleasant and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a final decision. We really appreciated her non pressure sales as we knew what we wanted and she didn’t push it as we got exactly what we wanted and even more. Dealing with the financial part of the sale was also ‘surprisingly’ positive; you have a great crew there. Thanks for a great experience. More
HORRIBLE BEWARE: This location sells refurbished cars as brand new cars! I bought a brand new car from them and upon further inspection found shards of broken BEWARE: This location sells refurbished cars as brand new cars! I bought a brand new car from them and upon further inspection found shards of broken glass in my back seat, under the mats and on the drivers seat, scratches on the interior and a part sticker on the back right side window. Turns out the window was broken by a mechanic and they didn't even think that was worth mentioning. If you are thinking of getting a car go to another dealership, also the finance manager is a complete jerk. Just go somewhere else To make matters worse I contacted Honda Canada about 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response. I wonder why :/ More
Best experience ever!! I had a great experience!! My used car I bought was making some noise, so I brought it in and they fixed it all on warranty!! I was so pleased!! After a few weeks we were invited to the dealership to attend a very useful Sumner. This Sumner helped us understand our car even better. Battery warranty complaint Battery complaint I had problem with my 2008 odyssey battery was not able to start, I concluded the battery is gone, which was purchased from family Battery complaint I had problem with my 2008 odyssey battery was not able to start, I concluded the battery is gone, which was purchased from family Honda & was still under warranty, I called family Honda and discussed with service advisor name DOMINIC and made appointment, my father drove to dealership, as per discussion with Dominic it took 4 hour he tested and recharged battery, I called Domonic if it is fixed properly he advised yes if any problem bring it back we will look after you, I had same problem next day Saturday morning I called and left message for Dominic twice, he called me after two days and gave appointment, again my father drove to dealership, this time Dominic said if battery is not ok it will cost me $100. I spoke to Dominic he said as per warranty, parts cost 60% customer pays, I agreed on it then He said we will charge $40 testing and some for installation fee and total he said will be including tax around $130. which he never mentioned on previous visit. new honda battery cost is around $125. I asked Dominic transfer me to manager on duty, he said there is manager on duty today. I gave up and called walmart they offered me new battery for $102 with better warranty I purchased Battery from Wal-Mart. what was the point to offer warranty if I had to spent same (new purchase) money plus struggle to boost battery for 5 days in extreme winter plus wasted 4 hour on first visit and over 1hour on second visit eventhough we made appointment for both visit. The behaviour of Mr. Domonic was not courteous and we felt we made mistake to purchase Honda genuine battery 2 year ago from family Honda. I believe this dealership does not respect customer’s time and on top of they try to rip the customer and never honour their words, in my opinion everyone should be careful when purchase warranty product from family honda and do not rely on their warranties. More

This dealership has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The sales man were all friendly and helpful, they go all out to make you feel comfortable without the pressure. The sales person who handle my purchase, made every effort to make sure I got a fair price and he took his time to politely explain the details of the vehicle to me and patiently answer any question about the vehicle I did not understand. The vehicle was well prepare and was quite impressed with the quality of detailing done at the time of pickup. My sales man take that special step to allow me to meet and watch the men who were preparing my vehicle for delivery. I was impressed by the special effort and the quality of work they had done. I was further impressed when the owner of Family came to meet me and extend his congratulation. More

In white I might add & I love it! Simon showed professionalism, and terrific customer service! I have been spreading the news as to where I bought my car, Family Honda treats you like Family! I love that! More
