Professional all the Way! Just dealt the 1st time with Family Honda. We had visited 3 other Honda Dealers looking for an Accord Hybrid and settled in with Family. Why? - The first phone call inquiry was expertly handled. We were told the car we were looking for was in stock. All other dealers had placed us on hold for 20 Mins. and then answered that there were 2 left in all of Ontario. Yet Family Honda has 5 to view. - The knowledge of the Accord Hybrid demonstrated by John Pavunkovic was way superior to any other Sales Person we had met. He knew all about the Hybrid because he had driven one for at least 6 months. All other sales persons we had met had never even driven in one. -John found a leasing deal that met our financing goals. Other dealers offered nothing close and demonstrated no urgency to meet our objectives, but John did. -The paperwork was easy and painless and all issues handled expertly by Family Honda. - The car was perfectly clean and ready to go. More
