Bought two cars in the last year and a half Last May we bought a new CRV from Ryan. I think we got the best value for money. As well, Ryan made the process simple and easy for us to say yes. Even the fellow who helped us take delivery of the vehicle was professional and helpful. The second vehicle just picked up on August 25th 2015 was a 2011 Pilot. I must commend Kiefer Neville on his professionalism and patients with us. We had a lot of questions and concerns which he addressed promptly and fully. He went out of his way to even find us a copy of the owners manual. And, we felt we got good value for the money. CAUTION: Not all people in this dealership are as good as Kiefer and Ryan. Jay Jung, a business manager was not professional at all, especially since he's been there a number of years. I had asked him about refunding the initial deposit which I paid for by credit card. It had appeared on my current bill and I pleaded with him to credit it back before I would pay my bill. Of course he said they wouldn't do it until I took delivery. The least he could have said was "ok, let me check with my GM and see". Instead, he proceeded to rant about how it costs the dealership if I decided not to take the car and blah, blah, blah... This not only sets up an air of confrontation but also implies that the dealership does not expect fair dealings from their customers. I had to remind Jay Jung that we've bought two cars from them and will buy another before year end. And that he's in the customer service business. Bottom line is, you can get a good deal and great service here but you have to know who to deal with at Family Honda. More
