Very disappointed with the service at this Ford dealership. I finalized the deal for a vehicle, paid the deposit, completed the credit check, and even received the approval email confirming that ev dealership. I finalized the deal for a vehicle, paid the deposit, completed the credit check, and even received the approval email confirming that everything was approved. However, shortly after that, the dealership suddenly cancelled the deal saying the owner had cancelled it. After cancelling the confirmed deal, they sent me an updated quote with a higher price for the same vehicle. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Once a deal is finalized, a deposit is paid, and financing is approved, customers expect the dealership to honor the agreement. Changing the price afterward raises serious concerns about transparency and business ethics. I also have all the proofs, including the approval email and documentation related to the deal. On top of that, the salesperson is now not picking up my calls or responding, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing here. More
