There was absolutely no indication or reason to doubt his sincerity in taking interest in my situation, assuring me that he would find the best deal possible. During the test drive, I appreciated his honesty in pointing out the limitations of the 2015 Jeep Cherokee that I was interested in. Definitely a trait you do not see in most car dealers. Throughout the entire end-to-end process he was constantly in touch with me, sending updates on the status of my loan application, etc. The finance manager that Andre referred me to, Allan, was also just as helpful. I truly appreciated his efforts at finding the lowest possible rate for me. Overall, my experience at Eastside Dodge was very smooth and stress free. I have to attribute this to Andre.
