He showed me exactly what I needed right off the bat and I loved the truck. I got a general idea what my trade would be worth and the likely payment. The next day I came back to Eastern prepared to buy the truck. The final negotiations were quick and easy with Anthoney. I felt like I got a great deal and more importantly was not mentally exhausted. The financing part was through Matt Henry and it was very laid back experience. There seems to be a good group of staff that work here and it's obvious workplace Moral is high. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends/family. Good trade in value for our old van. I had told my self there was no way we were signing anything today. But with minimal increase in payments for a van with all the accesories, it was worth it. Sarah was very knowledgable and friendly and made the experience great, with no pressure at all. Sarah found the right van for us , with more options than I knew I wanted. Andre was very helpful on presenting numbers that would fit our budget and made great effort to not over extend our budget.
