We had heard that Eastern Sales had did some shuffling of some of the "Bad Apples" . At this time we were in the market for a new truck., so. decided to see if the environment did indeed change. Greeted at the door as a person and not a dollar sign by Marcus Hemmings dressed to impress. (love the shoes) Marcus actually listened to our needs and wants for a vehicle. Of course the haggling began. and enter Matt Henry. Another stand up fellow. We agreed on a value for our trade, the final number on the new truck for our budget. Pick up for the truck would be in a couple days that the truck we were wanting was coming from Regina. All this keep in mind being mindful of our last dealings with Eastern. 2 days later we get a call that our truck that we made a deal on had been sold. Well, you could probably imagine the words that came out of my mouth. I was not impressed!! Only to be called back by the Sales Manager Matt Henry himself. Long story short, both of these gentleman bent over backwards to redeem themselves. They ended up putting us into a bigger and better truck for the same price as our original truck. Yes. that's right SAME price. They were trying very hard to help us forget our treatment the last time from Eastern. I will always be leery of Dealerships no matter what. But these two fellas right here truly made it a comfortable relaxed experience. These 2 guys are "superhero's" As for the sales portion of our dealings I can definitely say Eastern has been redeemed. All though Marcus and Matt did make this experience way less painful than the first time. Lets see if we are still treated the same if and when we need warranty work done. As for sales, I highly recommend the team of Marcus Hemmings and Matt Henry they well go above and beyond for you. The Superhero's of car sales, right there!! "The Double M threat" ' More

customer service sucks purchased a 2013 jeep wrangler last june that had upgraded katskin seats.. salesman advised that seats had full warranty. Took the jeep to eastern in june because the seats were deteriorating. eastern took several photos and took a couple of weeks to get back to us to say that they were covered under warranty. several more weeks went buy and after several calls to them they brushed us off on the katskin rep that had installed them. to his credit he did get us warranty.. eastern was zero help. customer service talks down to customers. very demeaning. will never go back.. never!! More

At first I was a little nervous of what I was getting myself into. First time walking in, everyone was so hospitable and greeted me with a smile and that made me feel more at ease. You never really get that anywhere else. I had the pleasure of meeting Gina who was the best given choice that ever happened! (Thanks Jim!) It felt like we had known each other for a long time and I was glad she was the one who helped me find a vehicle; not only a new vehicle but a better fit for me, and also addressed some safety concerns. I also had the pleasure of meeting Stan who helped me with any financial concerns that I had. Being as a young adult, he was able to break down everything and made sure that all of my questions were answered! The people at Eastern Chrysler go above and beyond and all so hardworking!
