On arrival, I was told that the last loaner vehicle had just been given to someone else. It is very inconvenient for me to take my vehicle here for service and I am extremely annoyed that I wasted a trip halfway across town. I will not make this mistake again! More

I wanted to cancel the order instead but the agent said she will ask her manager and never called back. It was the worst experience. It felt like I was cheated and fooled. I didn't get to drive a test car. Nobody showed me the features of the car. You have to call them for updates, there is no customer service. And worst - they break any promise they give you. I will never deal with these people anymore. They are liars and heartless. If you wanted to be treated like nobody go to them. They sure dis that to me. More

Amazing customer service! I went to buy an used car, but when I got there the Cherokee was sold, Paul understood my buying needs and asked me to go back cause he had a car for I went to buy an used car, but when I got there the Cherokee was sold, Paul understood my buying needs and asked me to go back cause he had a car for me, my surprise was that it was a brand new Cherokee, they bought my old car in a very competent amount, he made everything to make me feel confortable and gave me the new car on the exact amount I told him that I could pay.
