Sales experience started OK but very little of what was promised was actually given, at least not without a fight. Firstly, I traded in my leased vehicle and was told I had nothing to worry about, they wo promised was actually given, at least not without a fight. Firstly, I traded in my leased vehicle and was told I had nothing to worry about, they would take care of the transfer however I continued to have to pay for the old vehicle for over a month after they took it. The service center is also the worst I've ever seen. I was promised a tow package would be installed and it would "just like from factory" when they called to advise it was ready, the connectors were just hanging from the back, no mount or anything. Second time I was called the connections were mounted, however the mounted plate wasn't even connected to the bumper. Since then I have had to take the vehicle in a couple times and not once have I been able to pick up my vehicle on the first call. They even made us wait in the waiting room (mid pandemic) and then forgot we were even there. We finally approached someone to ask what was going on and was advised they were closing and sorry there was nothing more they could do. Called to book an appointment for our transmission that was having issues. Unable to get appointment until vehicle died and was towed in which has been sitting there since Jun 2023. Informed by FCA exten was having issues. Unable to get appointment until vehicle died and was towed in which has been sitting there since Jun 2023. Informed by FCA extended warranty that was expiring while trying to get vehicle in, not covered. I was told by FCA that there were other chrysler dealership I could of taken in if I had read my manual. Not very nice, I wouldn't purchase a vehicle or extended warranty from those guys every again. She was rude on the phone when called FCA. More
Purchased new 2022 Ram Ltd 4 weeks ago. Ordered 4 tires for more aggressive look. Made appt with Service to have paint and undercoat coatings applied and dimple dent under passenger mirr Ordered 4 tires for more aggressive look. Made appt with Service to have paint and undercoat coatings applied and dimple dent under passenger mirror repaired that was not detected upon purchase. Received a call 11;30 am that coatings were completed and dent was repaired in body shop and tires were in. Agreed on installation of tires before picking up that day. Received call at 2:20 that truck was ready for pick up. Got there. Paid for tires and asked if the tires that were replaced were in the box. They were not. 4 brand new tires were being kept for their resale? They denied it,of course. Today. Wednesday, noticed top coat was beautiful but dent was still visible under new protection coat. However, remnant white wax residue in groves, against black, looks terrible. When I called Service centre to voice my disappointment in being lied to about the dent being repaired. They told me at that time that they also applied fabric guard to the leather which made no sense as it was obvious the seats were not touched other than a drivers butt. More xx. Never have I ever experienced such xx from a business I gave my business to. Now waiting for Manager call back...and never did. I know in the sceme of things, I am a minor customer to them, but this purchase was everything to me. More

If you drop your car over there, they’re not going to call you back. They don’t care about customers at all. They told me I can pick up my car in January but after lying to me for three months, I picked it up in March.They said a part is missing from the brakes which is back ordered last year when my car was in their shop after an accident. When they delivered the car to me, they said it’s totally fine to drive it without that part. It’s covered in the MPI claim, so I don’t have to pay for it when I get it done on the later date. Service advisor said he will call me once they get that part in stock. But nobody get back to me. I contacted them couple of times after that, asking if They got the part or no but they were like no its still not in stock. I asked him if they got the part after an year. They said they have the part but I have to be $650 to get it fixed. The reason I’m getting from them is the service advisor Decided to not to do their job properly and forgot to put the notes.so now I have to pay for the labour and everything. The transfer me to four different people to talk about the problem, but everybody was transferring back to The person I already talk to.Really frustrated right now.
