I took my lincoln in to get door fixed and trunk. Now they are pretending it did not happen and I will have to sue them. Not sure what is worse my brand new 2022 lincoln with all the problems or this unprofessional, dealership. This has to be one of the worst dealers in the country. Own upto your mistake and fix it. I will never buy a lincoln again mostly because of these guys Just spoke to the manager Vik and he wants me to put it through my insurance! More

The service department used to be great. I have two Lincolns and they picked up and dropped off a loaner everytime. Recently they have tried for cash grabs. One my MKZ with 40000km they said it needs n Lincolns and they picked up and dropped off a loaner everytime. Recently they have tried for cash grabs. One my MKZ with 40000km they said it needs new rotors and brakes with 5mm left on the pads. Lincoln offered an extended warranty with a lease extension. Magically, the dealer machined the rotors which "were not machinable" when I would have had to pay and they said the pads were 2mm so Ford would pay. They recently serviced my navigator as they offer "free oil changes". I did my own air filter so they made me pay for a tire rotation to get the oil change. In the process, they must have not put it back together well as now I have a balance problem. They also tried to sell me an alignment but couldn't explain why. As if I would get a 2019 Navigator to drive it while it pulls or the wheel shakes. Stay away from this dealer. They are a shadow of their former selves. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and had 2 services done without incidents but the same cannot be said about today. There was simply no co-ordination. The service manager acknowledged that most of his service advisor are new and they were busy. I waited off-site for more than 6 hours because they forgot to call me. This dealership is in a state of flux right now in addition to all new staff as they are prepared to move to location. I wouldn't go back again. More

I asked for a call from Timothy, and three days later he still has not called. Before writing this review, I sent an email to ensure that Timothy has been in the office and received confirmation that he was.
