Made me drive thru traffic from the Durham Region to go see a vehicle that clearly stated NO ACCIDENTS but upon arrival after a one hour drive to get there only to see a VERY VISIBLE DENT in the vehicle an see a vehicle that clearly stated NO ACCIDENTS but upon arrival after a one hour drive to get there only to see a VERY VISIBLE DENT in the vehicle and questioned why it states NO ACCIDENTS. In the salesmans broken english, he claimed that he would check it out. It took a full hour of sitting, waiting, walking around only to be told that we would have to take the vehicle as is. This is supposed to be a CPO (this was another story as the salesman did NOT know what the CPO stood for lol. Certified Pre-Owned is what it means yet, this dent took another hour of waiting for the salesperson to get back to us and when they finally agreed to repair the dent (if we paid full price for the vehicle). I didnt even mention the fact that there was in house arguing about who should be serving us (30 minutes in) since someone else was claiming that he spoke to us on the phone, therefore, we should be his client. Long story short, we decided to walk after 2 hours of wasted time. I cannot believe there is only 5 star ratings for this dealership. When we were there, everyone appeared to be unorganized to say the least. More
