I wanted to test drive the sonata because I saw the good deal with the sonata at the time and was torn between the sonata and the elantra gt. Maybe it was my baby-face that he didnt think I would want to get that car. I did eventually get that car ... from a different dealership. last week my gf was in the market for a new car and we decided to give them another chance because the elantra was on our short list, and this dealership is at a convenient location for us. great experience if you like to walk into a dealerhip and do whatever you want to a car and not get pestered by sales people or care about what you do to the car. We were looking at the elantra gt, took a walk around a few times, took the back out, played around with the fold-up seats (took us a while to figure out how it works), sat in the car to look around at all the features while the trunk was open with the back piece on the floor, looked under the hood for a while. and absolutely nobody came by to even say hi or ask if we needed help .. what a joke finally, since my gf wanted to see the 2016 model, i had to call somebody over to help us. maybe if i drove my sonata closer then they could see i'm a hyundai fanboy and helped out a bit more .. maybe. The sales person is friendly, however you will be sadly mistaken once you put down a deposit. They will not return your phone calls or keep you up to date with any information. Left multiple voicemails with the rep and front desk and the only way to get a response was to GO BACK INTO THE STORE. Yet when I first inquired about the vehicle, I received MULTIPLE calls and prompt calls back. The financial rep is just as worse, they couldn't care less, they're honestly just there to get you to sign the agreement and thats it. They couldn't care less about your name or anything once the sale is complete. Unacceptable. What took only a second for them to take a deposit, takes "5-10 business days" for it to be refunded back onto the credit card. Probably the worst first experience at a car dealership I've ever had. I wish I never stepped foot into that place. More

The dealership does not know how to conduct business. They don't know when promotions are expiring and called me to the dealership to "break the bad news" that the promotion has expired and now the new p They don't know when promotions are expiring and called me to the dealership to "break the bad news" that the promotion has expired and now the new price of the car is this. Forget trying to compete, they don't even honor their own quote! It's also not easy to get in touch with people in this dealership. Good luck playing the voicemail game. More
I had a tough time with DVN. At work, a few people recommended me to go to DVN as it was close to my work place, but my experience was horrible. The sales person I dealt with was nice, but as soon as I deposited the initial amount, I was thrown back to the line. They never stood up to any promised they made. Before the deposit, they told me I can get the car in 2 working days, after the deposit.. 2 days turned into "at least 5-6 working days". The finance rep who was supposed to explain me everything I am about to pay.. kept shouting at me for being ignorant. Its not my fault. I am new to this place. I have to start somewhere.. I am not saying I am stupid, I have studied at one of the top ranking business schools in the world. But my experience of buying a new car turned really bad. To add insult to injury, when I asked them to return me my refundable deposit, they kept stalling it till the next month. It took me 5 seconds to make a deposit and 5 weeks to get it back. Needless to say, I bought my car from a different dealer. It was just a sad story. More
