This dealership goes out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule. There seem to be poor communication between the service and the parts department that caused me to drop off thr truck on 2 separate days. There was no follow up calls until a complain was made to the manag and the parts department that caused me to drop off thr truck on 2 separate days. There was no follow up calls until a complain was made to the management team. In the end, they were able to find the cause of the problem, which was caused by a non-OEM part that I installed myself. Initially, by trying to save money, I ended up paying more in the end. I am giving 3 stars for DePaula being able to figure out rather complicated problem. However, the communication between departments needs some improvements. More
