We are from Edmonton and were looking for a very specific used truck. We original came to see a couple of trucks we picked through the Internet in Calgary. We happened to stop in Airdrie and I called and s used truck. We original came to see a couple of trucks we picked through the Internet in Calgary. We happened to stop in Airdrie and I called and spoke with Eunice, she gave us directions to the dealership and was waiting outside for us. We saw a nice truck that had 9 out of 10 features that we were after. Eunice was very friendly and didn't give the impression that we were wasting her time, since we were up front about going to a couple of dealerships in Calgary. The dealers in Calgary knew we were coming, time was set and exactly which vehicles we were interested in. We made in clear we wanted this truck to be in great shape. We arrived within 5 minutes of our planned time and our salesman was no where to be found, we waited 45 minutes. One of the trucks smelled like an animal died in it, paint missing, trim ripped off the end of seats it was so disappointing . The other one the dealer said "oh it's not here" that's it, no explnation and we drove over 3 hours for this service - would Never recommend Shaw in Calgary. After looking around a little more in Calgary we decided to take a second look with Eunice on our way home. She is so professional, knows her products well, very friendly answered all our questions, we never felt pressured to buy. We did end up trading our truck for another that was in great shape. Being so late in the day (plus a long weekend) Eunice even rode with us since we were unfamiliar with the area and would not have made the bank before closing. She went beyond being helpful and we appreciated that. I believe it was Derek & Glenn who also helped us finish the deal. After the dealership was basically closed Eunice still took the time (probably a good hour) to explain features we were not familiar with, before we headed home. Our little side trip to Airdrie was an experience that turned out surprising great, thanks mainly to Eunice and the rest of the team. We would consider the drive when we look for another vehicle in the future and highly recommended this dealership. Thanks from Holly & Fred. More

Eunice McKinnon took the better part of 2 hours showing me the ins and outs of my new Buick Verano. She was very knowledgable and very patient with me. I found a car I liked, but thought I would check another dealership before making a decision. Off to Airdrie Davis Chev I went and started looking around the parking lot. It was windy and cold outside! Then along came Jane Mullett, and told us if we wanted to see the cars bad enough she has pictures inside we can look at in the warmth! Haha, so we followed her on in. Immediately I warmed right up to Jane. She was soft, polite and I felt no pressure from her whatsoever, a very honest woman, and full of integrity! I told her exactly what I needed, and she found a couple of cars that matched those specific needs. We took them for test drives and I liked them both but had to make a decison. Jane helped me look at both sides, the pro's and con's to each and what factors to really consider. Because of her advise and expertise, I chose my car and did it with confidence knowing she had my back and that I was making the right choice. Thanks so much Jane! Then off to the Business Manager's office to meet Glen Locke. He too was awesome, friendly, and accommodating. He made the process really easy and was well prepared for how rushed I was to get into my new car. He went through everything with me, item by item, to ensure I understood everything from the finance terms to the extended warrantly coverage. Thanks so much Glen! I came to Davis because of a problem with a car I bought from a dealership across the road. It had been giving me problems from day one and the service team at Davis looked after me time after time. I came in to Davis Chevrolet with my dad to look at a potential new vehicle for myself where we were greeted by Jo, immediately my dad was playing the part of the "tough customer". She did absolutely everything in her power to answer all of my questions and concerns as well as my dad's and when he tried playing hardball (after she spent well over an hour with us test driving vehicles and working out final costs) and said we'd like to go test drive a different car at another dealership she even gave us directions to that dealership. She worked out an amazing deal for me that I couldn't possibly walk away from and the whole time I was in Davis Chevrolet I felt comfortable - I never felt pressured or rushed. Obviously, I swiftly returned to make the deal. Glen was very clear as he went over coverage options with me and when I called at 1:00pm the next day and said that I needed to pick up the vehicle that business day for insurance coverage purposes he said that was no problem (even though he was expecting me the day after) and said he could have everything ready in a few hours. Although I had to come at the end of the day to pick up the vehicle Jo took me through all of the vehicle's electronic settings, setting up OnStar and Bluetooth with me as well as explaining my options with XM Radio and all of the buttons on the dash. She took her time and didn't rush through anything even though the vehicle was already bought and paid for and it was the end of her long day. I felt very well taken care of at this dealership by absolutely everyone I dealt with. It can be very stressful buying a car and making a purchase of such a large amount but I felt like I had a great team on my side throughout the process who were truly going out of their way for me. I would and do recommend this dealership and it's employees to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, they took the guess work, stress, and mind games out of a high stress situation and made me feel at home. It was time to look for another great used car as I had purchased one in the past from Davis GM in Airdrie and had absolutely zero problems with it. Once again I found a car that was what I was looking for, The fantastic Customer Service I recieved from Eunice was the Best and it continued when I Met Derek the Used Car Manager who went out of his way to make sure things worked out and that I was happy with the price I paid. I had met Glenn and Harry before when I purchased another car in the past and once again was more than pleased as well how they made you feel comfortable and feel like a somebody even when it came to paperwork time and completely explained the warranty and extended warranty that was availible from GMPP. Airdrie has to have one of the Best Service Departments as well, headed up by Brad James who has serviced plenty of my vehicles in the past and will conitue too in the future. All in All it was the best all round experience you could ask for when buying a car and if you dont live in Airdrie I encourage the extra drive when looking to purchase a vehicle because you wont be disappointed. This was my 2nd time buying a vehicle from Davis Chevrolet and again I was very happy with all levels of Service. This time I was buying brand new for the first time and the service and care given Chevrolet and again I was very happy with all levels of Service.
